用国产春风牌高速摄影机以 96 fps的速度拍摄了 8运会男子 110 m栏预赛前 6名运动员跨越第 6栏时的技术动作 ,再用 JTK- 1型影片解析系统对冲印后的影片进行逐格分析。结果表明 :跑栏概念的实质是跑跨与跨跑能力的有机构成 ,运动员上栏前的 1步与过栏后的 1步所表现出的速度节奏是衡量跨栏技术优劣的关键所在。
