木防己[Cocculus trilobus(Thunb.)DC.]民间广泛用于解热、消炎和治疗神经痛等。我校药学系植化教研室从产于浙江临安的木防己中分离到木防己碱和异木防己碱。盐酸木防己碱(TrL)有抗炎、解热和镇痛作用,不产生身体依赖,ⅳ给药可降低猫的血压。本文报告用高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定法研究TrL在兔体内的药代动力学结果。
Cocculus trilobus (Thunb.) DC.] is widely used for antipyretic, anti-inflammatory and neuralgia treatment. The Department of Phytosanitary of the Department of Pharmacy of our school has isolated tetrandrine and isocarnitine from the wood-fence produced in Lin’an, Zhejiang Province. Tranflum hydrochloride (TrL) has anti-inflammatory, antipyretic and analgesic effects and does not produce physical dependence, and iv administration can reduce cat blood pressure. This paper reports the pharmacokinetics of TrL in rabbits using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) assays.
