Diospyros Kaki.L.F.Var syl-vestris Makino is a plant of the Ebenaceae and is a variant 1 of persimmon. Plant morphology is similar to that of persimmon, but the fruit is smaller. Fujian, Zhejiang, Guangdong, Guangxi, Taiwan and other provinces are distributed. In 1979, our cardiovascular group decided to screen some plant antihypertensive drugs on the spot. In May of that year, we collected wild persimmon leaves from the Quanzhou Overseas Chinese University and were made into water decoctions, hot infusions and alcohol extracts. Dogs were screened for the first time and it was found that this wild persimmon leaf has a significant antihypertensive effect. This report is as follows. Drug preparation 1. Water decoction: The wild persimmon leaves were picked and dried in a drying oven and baked at less than 60°C for 1 hour. Grind, pass 40 mesh copper sieve. Leaf powder plus appropriate amount of distilled water to cook 2 to 3 times, collect each decoction, filter,
