去年10月19日河南日报上了一篇小杂文。题目是《不能慢待“明天的买主”》,署名是苗中义。我们发现这是南阳日报于9月16日已登过的一篇文章,署名为陈向阳。后来又查到,早在南阳日报刊登之前.1984年4月16日农机化服务报上已经发表过此文,原作者为单福。三篇杂文的题目基本相同,文章的布局结构、遣词用句,几乎都相同。不同的是作者姓名。这真是抄袭之中还有抄袭,窃者背后还有行窃人。把别人的文章拿过来抹掉作者名字、换上自己名
