The MOFTEC, the State Science and Technology Commission, the Commission of Science, Technology, Industry and Industry for National Defense, and the State Education Commission held a delegation of authority in Beijing on March 12, 1993, to grant the first batch of 100 scientific research institutes in China the right to operate foreign products. Li Peng, Premier of the State Council sent a congratulatory message for this purpose.
