薄壁筒桩是21世纪新一代软基处理的新技术新工艺,它采用双钢管护筒加特殊环型桩靴结构,使用中高频振动锤(或高频静压锤)将大直径双钢管护筒压、振、锲、沉入土中,使桩靴底部地基土由桩靴底向管腔内推进移动并部分排出地面而使外侧土体基本不受挤压特征的一种新型工艺桩。可有效避免传统工艺沉管灌注桩及CFG桩因挤压应力作用而导致离析、缩径、断桩现象使成桩质量不稳定,可有效避免因“桥头”路基下陷而引起“桥头跳车”等质量缺陷问题。
