目的探讨社区儿童计划免疫的现状。方法我院自2009年8月至2012年8月接种的200例儿童资料进行回顾性统计分析,探讨其计划免疫的现状,讨论儿童计划免疫中还存在的问题及相应的应用措施。结果家长对儿童计划免疫知识的掌握程度普遍不高,儿童计划免疫的覆盖率比较高,部分家长免疫意识不足。结论应加强儿童计划免疫的宣传,并利用一切资源向广大家长朋友进行沟通,同时完善相关机制,以促进儿童计划免疫的顺利进行。
Objective To explore the status quo of community children’s immunization. Methods The data of 200 children inoculated from August 2009 to August 2012 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively to investigate the status quo of their planned immunization and to discuss the existing problems and their corresponding application measures in childhood immunization. Results Parents generally had a low level of mastery of child immunization programs, a relatively high coverage rate of children’s immunization programs and insufficient immunization awareness among some parents. Conclusion The publicity of planned immunization of children should be strengthened and all resources should be used to communicate with the majority of parents and friends. In the meantime, relevant mechanisms should be improved so as to promote the smooth progress of child immunization.
