“非金属矿产资源深加工技术”项目是国家“八五”重点科技(攻关)项目计划批准立项的。经过五年的努力,该项目已按合同考核目标按期全面完成了攻关任务。国家科委于1996年4月26日组织项目验收专家委员会对该项目进行了验收。 该项目下设四个课题19个专题(“八五”前三年设十四个专题,后两年滚动五个专题),涉及的内容包括非金属矿物超细、提纯、改性技术;柔性石墨复合技术及应用研究;宝石加工技术;粉石英深加工及应用技术研究等。参加本项目科技攻关的单位总计43个,参加
“Non-metallic mineral resources deep processing technology” project is the national “Eighth Five-Year” key science and technology (tacking) project plan approval project. After five years of hard work, the project has completed the research tasks on schedule according to the objectives of the contract assessment. On April 26, 1996, the State Science and Technology Commission organized a project acceptance expert committee to carry out acceptance of the project. The project consists of 19 topics in four topics (four topics in the first three years of the “Eighth Five-Year Plan” and five topics in the next two years). The topics involved include ultra-fine, purification, and modification technologies for non-metallic minerals; flexibility Graphite composite technology and application research; gem processing technology; powder quartz processing and applied technology research. A total of 43 units participated in the project’s scientific and technological breakthroughs.
