The Shenyang Jiuguang Float Glass Co., Ltd.’s “Nine-for-floating” project, which was undertaken by the Qinhuangdao Glass Industry Research and Design Institute, was put into operation on September 19th. The line was reconstructed from the original nine-kiln kiln of the Shenyang Glass Factory. The melting amount of the melting kiln is 400 tons, and the total investment is about RMB 150 million. The total length of the production line is more than 240 meters, which is the shortest record of domestic same-size float lines. After the lengths of the furnace, tin bath and annealing kiln are satisfied, the annealing kiln outlet end is only more than 30 meters away from the front end wall of the plant. For this reason, a 90 degree turn and assembly is adopted.
