宫颈癌是最常见妇科的恶性肿瘤。宫颈上皮内瘤变(Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia,CIN)乃宫颈癌的癌前病变,其发生发展变化与其证候应证结构改变必然存在着动态的内在关联性。探索CIN的证候应证结构的动态特征,为临床辨析宫颈癌前病变的相关证候提供一种符合本病病机特征的证候思维方法。客观评价CIN证候应证结构的癌变趋势程度,最终为临床及早辨识和防治宫颈癌提供中医证候依据。
Cervical cancer is the most common gynecological malignancy. Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia (CIN) is a precancerous lesion of cervical cancer. The development and changes of syndromes and the structural changes of syndromes should have a dynamic inherent relationship. To explore the dynamic characteristics of CIN syndrome structure, provide a syndrome-based thinking method that accords with the pathogenesis characteristics of this disease for clinical differentiation of related syndromes of cervical precancerous lesions. Objective evaluation of CIN syndrome structure of the trend of carcinogenesis, and ultimately for the clinical early identification and prevention and treatment of cervical cancer based on TCM syndromes.
