某复杂公建项目超限单体结构采用框支框架结构体系,其外部框架在2层及3层平面连续内收,形成二次转换体系。工程设计时选用SATWE、PMSAP程序进行了多遇地震、设防地震以及罕遇地震作用下的抗震分析和性能化设计,解决了局部大空间、二次转换结构等技术难点,达到了预定的性能目标,满足了三水准抗震设防要求。计算结果表明,本工程结构体系和构件具有较好的抗震性能和安全储备。文中阐述了为满足建筑功能要求而采用的大跨度型钢混凝土转换梁、型钢混凝土框支立柱等关键部位的分析和设计,可为相近的工程设计提供参考。
