苏联解体是多种因素共同的结果,而脱离人民群众,失去民心,最终导致党群关系的畸变是苏共亡党的决定性因素。因此,认真总结苏联解体对推进新时期党群关系的启示对促进新时期党群关系更加和谐化,实现执政党与群众之间的良性互动具有极其重要的意义。
The disintegration of the Soviet Union was a common result of many factors. However, it was the decisive factor for the Soviet Communist Party to become divorced from the people and the loss of popular support that eventually led to the distortion of the party-mass relations. Therefore, conscientiously summing up the enlightenment of the disintegration of the Soviet Union on promoting the relations between the party and the masses in the new era is of great significance to the promotion of a more harmonious relationship between the party and the masses and the realization of the benign interaction between the ruling party and the masses.
