筑府发〔2010〕43号各区、市、县人民政府,市政府各工作部门:2005年以来,全市各族人民在市委、市政府的正确领导下,坚持以邓小平理论、“三个代表”重要思想和科学发展观为指导,认真贯彻落实党的十七大和十七届三中、四中全会精神,省第十次党代表大会和省委十届七次全会精神,市第八次党代表大会和市委八届四次、六次、八次全会精神,团结奋进,顽强拼搏,为贵阳市经济社会发展作出了重要贡献,涌现出一批品德高尚、成绩突出、无私奉献的先进模范人物。为表彰先进,大力弘扬劳模的崇高精神,进一步激发全市各族人民的积极性和创造性,市政府决定授予杨政兵等145名同志“贵阳市劳动模范”荣誉称号,授予罗萍萍等54名同志“贵阳市先进工作者”荣誉称号。
