医疗机构科学技术档案管理是医疗机构资源规划的组成部分,是医疗机构人力资源管理系统的子集,是管理医院信息的专用系统,是各级医疗机构的一项基础性建设。近年来,许多医疗机构在积极探索利用计算机技术管理科学技术档案。但是,在管理哪些范畴、谁来使用维护、如何有效利用以及如何实现等方面,还缺少深入的研究。本文针对医疗机构科学技术档案系统的建设问题作一初步探讨。
Medical institutions File management of science and technology is an integral part of the resource planning of medical institutions. It is a subset of the human resources management system of medical institutions. It is a special system for managing hospital information and is a basic construction of medical institutions at all levels. In recent years, many medical institutions are actively exploring the use of computer technology to manage science and technology files. However, there is a lack of in-depth research on which aspects to manage, who should use and maintain, how to use it effectively, and how to implement it. This article aims to make a preliminary discussion on the construction of scientific and technological archives system in medical institutions.
