本文着重通过扫描电子显微镜来研究冷轧辊钢中TiC碳化物形态。一、试验用料和试验方法试验料采用86CrMoV_7冷轧辊辊身经超声波探伤确定有伤区部位取样。TiC碳化物形态用SEM-505型扫描电子显微镜,EDAX-9100X射线能谱仪,WDX-2AX射线波谱进行断口观察和分析。二、试验结果和分析冷轧辊钢中TiC碳化物分二种类型:一种是初生立方形块状TiC碳化物;另一种为二次析出棒状TiC碳化物。
This article focuses on scanning electron microscopy to study the TiC carbide morphology in cold-rolled steel. First, the test materials and test methods Test materials used 86CrMoV_7 cold roll roller body by ultrasonic testing to determine the wounded area sampling.
