目的 :采用兔血浆法和羊血浆法测定肝素钠的效价 ,比较两种方法在临床操作过程中的可行性并考察两种方法测定结果的平行性。方法 :采用兔血浆和羊血浆法。结果 :羊血浆法比兔血浆法易于掌握 ,误差较小。结论 :采用羊血浆法优于兔血浆法
OBJECTIVE: To determine the titer of heparin sodium by using rabbit plasma and goat plasma methods. To compare the feasibility of the two methods in clinical operation and to investigate the parallelism between the two methods. Methods: Rabbit plasma and sheep plasma were used. Results: The sheep plasma method is easier to grasp than the rabbit plasma method with less error. Conclusion: The sheep plasma method is superior to the rabbit plasma method
