滞洪区亚砂土、亚粘土作路基基层、底基层填料土必须进行固化改良,本文以CBR强度为标准,按照正交试验设计方法开展不同配合比因素分析,提出经济合理的改良方案,为用于省道S250一级公路邳州段路基填料的改良土提供参考。试验结果表明:采用水泥-粉煤灰组合、水泥-石灰组合对其进行改良后,可以显著改善填料土的强度和水稳性,满足规范中路床土最小强度的要求,并最终给出该地区路基改良方案为水泥-石灰组合掺和比为2%+4%,压实度不低于95%。
Based on the CBR strength, this paper carries out the analysis of different mix factors according to the orthogonal test design method, and proposes an economic and reasonable improvement plan, which is based on CBR strength as the standard. It provides a reference for the improvement of subgrade filling in Danzhou S250 highway. The test results show that the cement-fly ash combination and the cement-lime combination can improve the strength and water stability of the filler soil remarkably, and meet the requirements of minimum strength of the standard roadbed soil. Finally, Roadbed improvement program for the cement - lime combination of mixing ratio of 2% + 4%, compaction of not less than 95%.
