我院儿科于1986年3月1日至5月31日共收治2个月至3岁小儿肺炎61例,其中有活动性佝偻病者26例,与同期无佝偻病的急性肺炎35例进行对比观察,报告如下。临床资料佝偻病合并肺炎组:男18例,女8例,年龄2个月～3岁零4个月,其中1岁以内者18例,26例中农村患儿与市区、市郊患儿各半。26例均有一般肺炎症状体征,22例有不同程度的发热,热程与发热高低与对照组无明显差异。23例有轻重不同的喘憋、呼吸困
