提升机是煤矿的重要设备,煤炭部在1986年5月发出了关于《加强提升安全的十项措施的紧急通知》,通报了典型事故案例。绞车电控部分的失灵,尤其是自动减速及限速的失灵是造成重大提升事故的主要原因。 我矿主井绞车是XKT型绞车,采用高压、八级、油压制动的TKD电控系统。在实际运行中发现此系统有许多缺陷,潜在一些事故隐患,其提升信号及减速信号回路原理如图1。
Hoisting machine is an important equipment in coal mines. In May 1986, the Ministry of Coal sent an urgent notice on “Strengthening Ten Measures to Improve Safety” and briefed on typical accident cases. The failure of the winch electric control part, especially the automatic deceleration and the failure of speed limit, are the main reasons causing the major accidents. Mine mine winch is XKT type winch, the use of high pressure, eight, hydraulic brake TKD electronic control system. In actual operation, this system has many defects and potential hidden accidents. The principle of signal and deceleration signal loop is shown in Figure 1.
