阳泉至五台山高速公路桃河特大桥横跨石太铁路,采用转体施工的主墩高度达40.0m,为满足既有线路的安全防范级别、保证施工安全,对桃河特大桥转体施工技术进行专题研究。一、项目简介该成果以桥梁T型刚构水平转体施工技术为核心,建立了较为系统的T型刚构转体施工技术体系:控制转盘四周水平高差不大于1mm和控制转盘系统水平位置不大于1mm;调整滑道钢板位置,确保滑道平面容许偏差±5mm、滑道平整和圆顺,允许偏差为±1mm、滑道基座水平,3m长度内平整度不大于±1mm和滑道径向对称点高差不大于滑道直径的1/5000(2mm)的安装精
