目的研究冲洗液温度对经尿道前列腺电切除术(TURP)后膀胱痉挛的影响。方法将90例TURP术后患者分成三组,每组30例,分别采取室温、32℃、38℃的冲洗液对对患者术后行密闭式持续膀胱冲洗。结果采用32℃冲洗液的患者膀胱痉挛次数明显低于其他两组。结论略低于体温的冲洗液温度可有效减少经尿道前列腺电切除术后膀胱痉挛的发生,减轻患者痛苦,加快患者康复。
Objective To study the effect of irrigation fluid temperature on bladder spasm after transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP). Methods Totally 90 patients undergoing TURP were divided into three groups (n = 30 in each group). The patients were treated with closed-loop continuous bladder irrigation at room temperature, 32 ℃ and 38 ℃ respectively. Results The number of bladder spasms in patients treated with 32 ° C wash fluid was significantly lower than the other two groups. Conclusions Slightly lower than the body temperature of the washing fluid temperature can effectively reduce the occurrence of bladder spasm after transurethral resection of prostate, reduce patient pain and accelerate patient rehabilitation.
