目的探讨肠内营养乳剂对降低ICU患者压疮发生率的影响。方法 622例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,观察组312例,对照组310例,观察组应用肠内营养乳剂,对照组给予自制均浆膳,对照组给予卡文作为肠外营养支持。观察两组血清白蛋白、血清总蛋白、压疮发生率。结果观察组应用肠内营养乳剂营养治疗后,与对照组相比,血清白蛋白、血清总蛋白均明显增高(P<0.05),压疮发生率降低(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论肠内营养乳剂作为肠内营养支持能有效的改善ICU危重患者营养状况,降低压疮发生率。
Objective To investigate the effect of enteral nutrition emulsion on reducing the incidence of pressure ulcer in patients with ICU. Methods 622 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The observation group consisted of 312 patients in the control group and 310 patients in the control group. The patients in the observation group were given enteral nutrition emulsion. The control group was given homemade pulp meal. The control group received carvedilol as parenteral nutrition support. Two groups of serum albumin, serum total protein, pressure ulcer incidence. Results Compared with the control group, the levels of serum albumin and serum total protein were significantly increased (P <0.05) and the incidence of pressure ulcer was lower in observation group after enteral nutrition emulsion treatment (P <0.05), the difference was statistically significant . Conclusion Enteral nutrition emulsion as enteral nutrition support can effectively improve nutritional status of critically ill patients in ICU and reduce the incidence of pressure ulcer.
