目前办公室信息工作的基木状况可用《上面热乎,乡镇冷落》来概括。乡镇信息工作之“冷”,“冷”在乡镇领导不重视、不过问,“冷”在乡镇秘书信息意识不强,“冷”在信息渠道不畅通,“冷”在上级业务部门指导督促少。“冷”的结果是基层大量信息资源被浪费,报送的信息量少、质次、时效差。如何化“冷”为“热”,开创信息工作新局面?笔者以为有三条途径:
