为了解碱性纤维母细胞生长因子（basicfibroblastgrowthfactor，bFGF）及其受体（basicfibroblastgrowthfactorreceptor，bFGFR）与血管瘤的关系，用免疫组织化学方法，对89例血管瘤和30例血管畸形组织切片进行bFGF、bFGFR表达的测定。发现：①bFGF和bFGFR在血管瘤中高表达，血管畸形中低表达或不表达（P＜0．01）。②在血管瘤中bFGF、bFGFR的表达均有随内皮细胞增生程度的加强而增高的趋势（P＜0．01）。bFGF与bFGFR呈正相关性（P＜0．01）。提示bFGF、bFGFR与血管瘤的增生及退化有关。
To understand the relationship between basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) and its receptor (bFGFR) and hemangiomas, 89 cases of hemangiomas and 30 cases of vascular malformations were bFGF-immunohistochemically stained. The findings were as follows: 1bFGF and bFGFR were highly expressed in hemangiomas and low or non-expressed in vascular malformations (P<0.01). 2 The expression of bFGF and bFGFR in hemangiomas increased with the increase of endothelial cell proliferation (P<0.01). There was a positive correlation between bFGF and bFGFR (P<0.01). It is suggested that bFGF and bFGFR are related to the proliferation and degeneration of hemangiomas.
