观察了97例慢性肺心病急性加重期患者的甲皱微循环变化,与60名正常人进行了对照。同时观察了其中32例肺心病合并呼吸衰竭的患者,使用复方丹参注射液的疗效。结果表明:肺心病患者的甲被微循环积分值明显高于正常人(P<0.01);复方丹参治疗组的疗效比常规治疗组显著提高(P<0.01)。提示:柿心病急性加重期存在有明显的微循环障碍,且随病情发展而加重;复方丹参注射液对改善肺心病患者的微循环有较好的作用。
The changes of nail fold microcirculation in 97 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic cor pulmonale were observed and compared with 60 normal subjects. At the same time observed in 32 cases of pulmonary heart disease patients with respiratory failure, the use of compound Danshen injection efficacy. The results showed that the score of microcirculation in patients with pulmonary heart disease was significantly higher than that in normal people (P <0.01). The efficacy of compound Salvia miltiorrhiza in treatment group was significantly higher than that in routine treatment group (P <0.01).
