恶苗病是水稻常见的病害之一,与稻瘟病、纹枯病、白叶枯病、稻曲病、基腐病等一样,是非检疫性的病害,基本上年年发生,有的年份轻一点,有的年份重一点。2001年我区晚稻的恶苗病有较大范围、较大面积的发生,属重发年。因此,接到农户的投诉比较多,虽然,恶苗病发生与否,与种子质量无关,但既然农户有反映,我们就要重视对待,并给农户一个满意的答复。为此,会同有关农技人员进行了深入的调查和分析。
