目的观察酮对高胆固醇血症大鼠血脂的影响。方法预防性给药实验中,动物灌胃胆固醇乳剂诱发高胆固醇血症,酮(10、30及90mg/kg)在胆固醇处理前两天给予,连续用药12天;治疗性给药实验中,高脂饲料喂养一月后,大鼠灌胃酮(10、30及90mg/kg)3周。结果预防性和治疗性给予酮均能降低高胆固醇血症大鼠血清总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白水平。治疗性给药实验中,酮能显著降低血清丙二醛水平。结论酮能降低高胆固醇血症大鼠血脂和丙二醛水平。
Objective To observe the effects of chlordone on blood lipids in hypercholesterolemic rats. Methods In the prophylactic administration experiment, animals were fed with cholesterol emulsion to induce hypercholesterolemia. Chlordone (10, 30 and 90 mg / kg) was given two days before cholesterol treatment for 12 consecutive days. In therapeutic drug administration, After one month of feeding with high-fat diet, rats were administered with ketamine (10, 30 and 90 mg / kg) for 3 weeks. Results Both prophylactic and therapeutic administration of chlordone decreased serum total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein levels in hypercholesterolemic rats. Chlordane can significantly reduce the level of serum malondialdehyde in therapeutic administration. Conclusion Chlordane can reduce blood lipid and malondialdehyde levels in hypercholesterolemic rats.
