肝脂平冲剂经临床观察能降低患者血清中甘油三酯及胆固醇的作用，现从其药效学方面进行研究。结果：证实该冲剂有明显降低正常及高脂型大鼠血清中甘油三酯的水平的作用。小剂量肝脂平冲剂可升高血清高密度脂蛋白水平，ＨＤＬ／ＬＤＬ的比值有上升的趋势。但对正常或高脂型大鼠血清胆固醇含量均无明显影响。此外，实验结果显示肝脂平冲剂可减轻高脂型大鼠肝细胞水肿、灶性坏死的病变程度，起到保肝作用
The clinical observation of Ganzhiping granules can reduce the serum triglyceride and cholesterol, and is now being studied in terms of its pharmacodynamics.
