一、为了发现和培养人才,促进优秀青年科学工作者脱颖而出,我委自1987年起设立青年科学基金,用以资助从事自然科学基础研究和部分应用研究、年龄在三十五岁以下、已取得博士学位(或具有同等水平)、能独立开展研究工作、学术思想活跃、有开拓和创新精神、学风端正的青年科学工作者。现将《国家自然科学基金委员会青年科学基金暂行办法》公布。二、青年科学基金实行专家推荐、择优支持的原则,鼓励青年科学工作者在学科发展前沿进行新的探索、在边远地区和艰苦条件下进行科学研究,鼓励跨学科、跨单位的
