人类在粮食安全和营养上取得了卓越的成就。林业是重要的食物、药物来源并富含营养,是农户生产系统平衡与健康的基础,维系着农户社会经济系统的稳定与活力,但也面临挑战:缺乏林业与粮食安全和营养系统研究;缺乏对林业相关活动的认知;森林食物传统知识正不断流失;没有成为各国制定粮食安全和营养战略的组成部分。国际社会正努力加强合作和信息交流,创造有利的制度政策框架,促进多方利益群体参与,来充分发挥林业在粮食安全和营养中的作用,同时为我国林业发展提出了加强科学研究,构建国际、多部门合作等政策建议。
Humans have made remarkable achievements in food security and nutrition. Forestry is an important source of food, medicine and nutrition. It is the basis of the balance and health of farmer’s production system. It maintains the stability and vitality of farmers’ social and economic systems. However, it also faces challenges: lack of forestry and food security and nutrition system research; lack of Knowledge of forestry-related activities; loss of traditional forest food know-how; and failure to become an integral part of national strategies for food security and nutrition. The international community is working hard to strengthen cooperation and exchange of information, create a favorable institutional and policy framework, and promote the participation of multi-stakeholder groups in order to give full play to the role of forestry in food security and nutrition. At the same time, it has proposed to our country’s forestry development to strengthen scientific research and build an international, Multi-sectoral cooperation and other policy recommendations.
