现阶段我国林业产业发展面临严峻的资本形成不足、资金短缺的困境,通过金融制度改进与金融服务(产品)创新,金融支持理应成为推进我国林业产业发展的战略性机制和基本途径。本文基于产融结合视角,从林业金融支持效应作用机理、传导机制和传导渠道三个层面梳理林业产业发展进程中金融支持的内生逻辑和经济学机理,为林业金融支持体系构建提供理论依据,并提出金融支持林业产业的财政性融资支持、政策性金融支持和商业性金融支持发展模式,以及这三种林业融资支持模式的互动发展机制。
At this stage, the development of China’s forestry industry is facing severe problems of capital shortage and shortage of funds. Through financial system improvement and financial services (product) innovation, financial support should become a strategic mechanism and a basic way to promote the development of China’s forestry industry. Based on the perspective of industry and finance, this paper combs the endogenous logic and economics mechanism of financial support in the process of development of forestry industry from three aspects of the mechanism of forestry financial support effect, conduction mechanism and transmission channel, and provides a theoretical basis for the construction of forestry financial support system. And put forward financial support for financial industry in financial support, policy financial support and commercial financial support for the development of the forestry industry, as well as the three kinds of forestry financing support mode of interactive development mechanism.
