目的了解肺癌患者对术前信息的需求状况及医护人员对患者术前信息需求的认知情况。方法采用自行设计的问卷对98例肺癌患者进行术前信息的需求调查,同期调查42名医护人员对患者术前信息需求的认知情况。结果肺癌患者术前信息需求排前3位的是手术效果、麻醉安全、麻醉效果;医护人员认为患者术前信息需求排前3位的是手术安全、术后不适及应对方法、手术前后呼吸功能训练与指导;患者与医护人员对麻醉效果、手术后的身体状况、手术间环境等14项术前信息需求比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论肺癌患者与医护人员对术前信息需求的认知存在差异,医护人员应根据肺癌患者术前不同的信息需求,有针对性地提供相关信息,以便更好地满足患者需求,减轻患者术前焦虑,提高肺癌患者应对手术刺激的能力。
Objective To understand the demand status of preoperative information of lung cancer patients and the cognition of medical staffs on the preoperative information needs of patients. Methods The self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the preoperative information needs of 98 patients with lung cancer. The cognition of 42 medical staffs on the preoperative information needs of the patients was investigated. Results The preoperative information needs of patients with lung cancer ranked the top three in terms of surgical effect, anesthesia safety and anesthesia effect. The medical staffs considered that the top three information needs of patients were surgery safety, postoperative discomfort and coping methods, respiratory function before and after surgery Training and guidance. There were statistically significant differences in the information requirements of the 14 preoperatives between the patients and the health care workers on the anesthesia effects, postoperative physical conditions and the operating room environment (P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion There is a difference in understanding of preoperative information needs between patients with lung cancer and health care workers. Medical staff should provide pertinent information according to different preoperative information needs of patients with lung cancer so as to better meet the needs of patients and alleviate preoperative Anxiety, lung cancer patients to improve the ability to respond to surgery.
