目的研究腺药珍珠菜(Lysimachia stenosepala Hemsl)的化学成分。方法应用硅胶、聚酰胺、SephadexLH-20柱色谱等技术进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据(EI-MS,1H-NMR,13C-NMR)鉴定结构。结果与结论从腺药珍珠菜中分离得到8个已知化合物,分别鉴定为亚油酸(1)、木犀草素(2)、齐墩果酸(3)、2α,3α,19α,23-tetrahydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid(4)、山柰酚(5)、槲皮素(6)、乌头酸(7)、乌苏酸(8)。8个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Lysimachia stenosepala Hemsl. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel, polyamide and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. Their structures were identified by their physico-chemical properties and spectral data (EI-MS, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR). RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Eight known compounds were isolated from the medicinal ganoderma lucidum and identified as linoleic acid (1), luteolin (2), oleanolic acid (3), 2α, 3α, 19α, tetrahydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid (4), kaempferol (5), quercetin (6), aconitic acid (7) and ursolic acid (8). All 8 compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
