在当前全面推进素质教育的形势下,随着课程改革的进行,新教材的试用,教师的教育观念、教育方式、教学行为等都发生了很大的转变,教师在教学中的角色也必须随之改变,才能适应教育改革发展的需要。一、教师不仅是教材的执行者,也是教材的编写者在传统的教学过程中,教师是严格实行课程计划,忠实的向学生传授课本知识的“教书匠”。在新教材的使用过程中,教师不再只是课程的被动实施者,而应成为课程的设计者。
