目的探讨纤维连接蛋白活性泪液对配戴角膜接触镜的角膜保护作用。方法36片角膜接触镜随机分为三组,分别用纤维连接蛋白活性泪液、人工泪液、生理盐水浸泡10d,然后用相差显微镜观察。30只新西兰白兔随机分为三组,戴角膜接触镜,分别用纤维连接蛋白活性泪液、人工泪液、生理盐水滴眼96h,裂隙灯显微镜下观察角膜情况。结果浸泡实验中纤维连接蛋白活性泪液组镜片无结晶物附着,人工泪液组及生理盐水组镜片有结晶物附着;动物实验中,纤维连接蛋白活性泪液组的角膜上皮最为完整。结论对配戴角膜接触镜的角膜,纤维连接蛋白活性泪液修复保护作用优于人工泪液。
Objective To investigate the corneal protective effect of active fibrinolus tear on corneal contact lenses. Methods 36 corneal contact lenses were randomly divided into three groups, respectively, with fibronectin activity of tears, artificial tears, saline immersion 10d, and then observed by phase contrast microscopy. Thirty New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into three groups, wearing corneal contact lens, respectively, with fibrinolysis activity tear, artificial tears, saline eye drops 96h, slit lamp microscope observation of corneal conditions. Results In the soaking experiment, there was no crystal attached to the active group of fibronectin in the tear group, while the artificial tear group and saline group had the crystal attached. In the animal experiment, the corneal epithelium of the active group was the most intact. Conclusion Corneal contact with corneal contact lenses, fibrinolytic activity of tear repair and protection better than artificial tears.
