In many of the books that I read about the American “gurus” written in English but with different names, I found that any system of management theories presupposes a hypothesis of human nature, such as X and Y theory , Good theory, sexual evil and so on. Since the premise is not a proven fact but a hypothesis, if the hypothesis is not valid - that is to say, the premise is wrong, then the theoretical system established on this basis is unscientific, which is logically obvious. It is well known that oriental values are significantly different from those in Europe and the United States.
