目的 :研究肠道非霍奇金淋巴瘤 (NHL)与EB病毒 (EBV)感染 p5 3、p2 1ras蛋白表达及其相关性。方法 :以SABC免疫组化方法检测瘤细胞 p5 3、p2 1ras基因的表达及EBV寡核苷酸探针 (EBER)原位杂交。结果 :19例肠道NHL好发部位于小肠下段和结肠 ,以单发瘤结节多见 ,常伴有表面溃疡形成。经免疫组化证实 3例为T细胞淋巴瘤 (15 79% ) ,16例为B细胞淋巴瘤(84 2 1% )。依WHO分类 ,T细胞淋巴瘤为外周T细胞性 (2 / 19例 )和T/NK细胞性 (1/ 19例 )。B细胞淋巴瘤为弥漫性大细胞性 (4/ 19例 )、边缘区B细胞性 (11/ 19例 )和小淋巴细胞性 (1/ 19例 )。EBV EBER原位杂交 3/ 19例有阳性表达 ,均为T细胞淋巴瘤 ,阳性细胞占肿瘤细胞的 30 %~ 80 %。B细胞淋巴瘤未见阳性。p5 3的表达共有 12例 ,占全部病例的 6 3 16 % ,11例有 p2 1ras的表达 ,为 5 7 9%。有 8例同时检出 p5 3和 p2 1ras的表达。结论 :肠道淋巴瘤以B细胞淋巴瘤多发 ,并以惰性为多见。如为T细胞性淋巴瘤 ,提示多是侵袭性 ,且T细胞淋巴瘤与EBV相关性较高 ,而B细胞淋巴瘤无相关性。p5 3的表达与EBV感染无明显相关性 ,而 p2 1ras的表达与EBV感染似有关系
Objective: To investigate the expression of p5 3 and p2 1ras in intestinal non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL) and Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) infection and their correlation. Methods: The expression of p5 3 and p2 1ras genes in tumor cells and EBV oligonucleotide probe (EBER) in situ hybridization were detected by SABC immunohistochemistry. Results: 19 cases of intestinal NHL good hair is located in the lower intestine and colon, single tumor nodules more common, often accompanied by the formation of surface ulcers. Three cases of T-cell lymphoma (15 79%) were confirmed by immunohistochemistry and 16 cases of B-cell lymphoma (84 2 1%). According to WHO classification, T-cell lymphoma is peripheral T cell (2/19 cases) and T / NK cell (1/19 cases). B-cell lymphoma was diffuse large cell (4 of 19 cases), marginal B cell (11/19 cases), and small lymphocytic (1 of 19 cases). EBV EBER in situ hybridization 3/19 cases were positive, all T cell lymphoma, positive cells accounted for 30% to 80% of the tumor cells. B-cell lymphoma no positive. There were 12 cases of p5 3 expression, accounting for 63.16% of the total cases. The expression of p2 1ras in 5 cases was 57.9%. In 8 cases, p5 3 and p2 1ras were detected simultaneously. CONCLUSIONS: Gut lymphoma is predominant in B-cell lymphomas and is more common with indolence. Such as T-cell lymphoma, suggesting that mostly invasive, and T-cell lymphoma and EBV higher correlation, while no correlation between B-cell lymphoma. There was no significant correlation between the expression of p5 3 and EBV infection, while the expression of p2 1ras was associated with EBV infection
