患者男性,36岁。因尿频、排尿后会阴刺痛1月,间歇血尿10天,加重伴血块1周于1985年10月5日入院。既往无腹部绞痛史。体检:T37.5℃,P104次/分,BP17.3/10.6kPa。面色苍白,全身浅表淋巴结无肿大。心肺无异常。腹平软,肝脾无肿大。无移动性浊音,耻骨上方饱满,有压痛,无肌紧张,未及包块。肛指检无异常。实验室检查:Hb60g/L;WBC7.2×10~9/L,N68%,L32%,
Male patient, 36 years old. Due to frequent urination, urination after perineal sting January, intermittent hematuria 10 days, increased with blood clots 1 week in October 5, 1985 admitted. No previous history of abdominal cramps. Physical examination: T37.5 ℃, P104 times / min, BP17.3 / 10.6kPa. Pale, whole body superficial lymph nodes without swelling. No abnormal heart and lung. Abdomen soft, no swelling of the liver and spleen. No dullness of movement, suprapubic full, tenderness, no muscle tension, and mass. Anus finger examination without exception. Laboratory tests: Hb60g / L; WBC7.2 × 10 ~ 9 / L, N68%, L32%
