用溶胶 凝胶法(Sol Gel)结合超临界干燥技术(SCFD)制备Fe2O3/Al2O3二元超细复合材料,并用XRD,TEM进行检测。研究结果表明,采用该法,可制得红色、分散性好、粒径小于1μm的Fe2O3/Al2O3二元超细复合材料。
Fe 2 O 3 / Al 2 O 3 binary ultrafine composite was prepared by Sol Gel combined with supercritical drying technology (SCFD), and was characterized by XRD and TEM. The results show that this method can be prepared red, good dispersion, particle size less than 1μm Fe2O3 / Al2O3 binary ultrafine composite material.
