近年来,人们的生活水平和生活质量不断提高,人民群众对口腔修复体的要求也发生着改变,各种高层次的修复形式受到了普遍的欢迎。但大多数学校培养的人才,达不到岗位技能要求,使得大批的学生到企业后需重新培训。为解决这一问题,就将理论与实践融于一体进行组合的教学,理论和实践同步进行,这种新型的教学模式就是职业教育的今天,积极推行的一种教学模式“理实一体化”。
