职业学校学生大都以自我为中心,缺乏他人责任感,其原因主要有家庭原因,在家常得到家人的特殊照顾,家人容忍孩子生活懒散,常为孩子包办代替做事情,孩子犯了错误还要包庇袒护。其次还有学校原因,学校没能好好引导学生养成为他人着想的良好品质,另外还有社会原因,金钱至上的社会风气导致部分学生自私自利的心态。为了培养学生的他人责任感,得从家庭、学校、社会这几个方面入手,改变学生以自我为中心的心态,使他们成为能为他人着想的人。
Most of the students in vocational schools are self-centered and lack others’ sense of responsibility. The reasons are mainly family reasons. They are often given family special care. Their families tolerate children’s laziness. They often do things for children instead of doing things. Children make mistakes but also protect children . Second, there are school reasons, the school failed to properly guide students to develop good quality for the sake of others, in addition to social reasons, money-oriented social atmosphere led some students selfish mentality. In order to cultivate students ’sense of responsibility for others, we should start from the aspects of family, school and society, and change students’ self-centered mentality so that they can become people who can think for others.
