目的探讨核磁共振与超声在胎儿胼胝体发育不良(agenesis of corpus callosum,ACC)中的诊断价值。方法经超声检查怀疑胎儿胼胝体发育不良的孕妇18例,在系统超声检查后48小时内进行胎儿MRI检查.将MRI、超声、随访结果进行对照比较。结果 18名孕妇共检查出胎儿18例,MRI证实胎儿胼胝体发育不良15例,2例为侧脑室扩张,1例为Dandy-Walker畸形。检出超声漏诊合并侧脑室增宽1例,合并小脑发育畸形1例。结论核磁检查对胎儿胼胝体发育不良的诊断价值明显高于超声,有助于明确诊断胎儿胼胝体发育不良和合并畸形的诊断。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of nuclear magnetic resonance and ultrasound in agenesis of corpus callosum (ACC). Methods Totally 18 pregnant women suspected of fetal dysplasia of the corpus callosum were examined by ultrasound, and fetus MRI was performed within 48 hours after the system ultrasound examination. MRI, ultrasound and follow-up results were compared. Results Totally 18 fetuses were detected in 18 pregnant women. MRI confirmed 15 cases of fetal corpus callosum dysplasia, 2 cases of dilated lateral ventricle and 1 case of Dandy-Walker deformity. One case was diagnosed as missed diagnosis of misdiagnosis of lateral ventricle and one case of cerebellar malformation. Conclusion The diagnostic value of magnetic resonance imaging in the development of fetal corpus callosum is significantly higher than that of ultrasound, which is helpful to diagnose the dysplasia of fetal corpus callosum and the combined deformity.
