产品召回制度在经济发达和消费文化水平较高的美国等发达国家的历时已久并发展完善,而我国对缺陷产品召回制度的研究还刚刚起步。缺陷产品召回制度的建立是市场经济发展的客观要求,这一制度能够有效地保护消费者的利益,最大可能地消除缺陷产品对公共安全的危害。因此,我国必须构建符合我国国情的缺陷产品召回制度。
The product recall system lasted for a long time and developed and developed in developed countries such as the United States with developed economy and high consumer culture level. However, the research on the recall system of defective products in China has just started. The establishment of defective product recall system is an objective requirement of market economy development. This system can effectively protect the interests of consumers and eliminate the harm of defective products to public safety to the greatest extent possible. Therefore, our country must construct a defective product recall system that is in line with China’s national conditions.
