瀋陽市第十五中學校長朱宗德引用私人,在學校中形成宗派集團,公開包庇反革命份子及貪污分子,打擊進步教師等違法亂紀行為,嚴重地腐蝕破壞了人民的學校。朱宗德到新城子之後,首先要求取得農民從他那地主之家收回來的果實——大瓦房。然後又用欺騙上級的手段,讓他弟弟朱魯詹(原名朱宗儒,富農,曾任偽滿官吏)到校做語文教員。從此他的親戚故舊(有的是地富出身、有的是反動党國分子,有的是偽軍官)都先後鑽到十五中來了,形成了一個龐大的宗派集團。在思想改造的全校合組大會上,朱在不得已情況下,也曾暴露了他有四大金剛八大台柱的宗派骨幹,但這個宗派組織的內部情況並沒有暴露出來。過去的行政和羣眾組織都操在朱校長的私人宗派手裏,以號稱天朝大組的語文組表現的最嚴重最濃厚……參加四九年人民代表會議的代表是剛走出地主家庭的趙聲;五一年整黨學習時,他還發表敵我不分的謬論,誣蔑農民。後來朱宗德的表弟馬洪彬參加人民代表會時,也替朱吹噓。學生中也存在著互相排擠的小圈子,學習好的同學都怕畢不了業。由於上述宗派思想的影響,促成了拉私人關係
