本文用高效液相色谱间接光度检测法测定了心脏停搏液中钠、钾、钙、镁的含量。以SoherisorbSCX为固定相,0.35mmol/L硫酸铈的[水-乙腈(85:15),并用磷酸调pH至3.2~3.4]溶液为流动相,亚铈离子作为流动相平衡离子直接应用光度检测器测定,并与其他测定方法比较。结果表明,分离度较好,104%>回收率>97%,线性关系良好。结果与滴定法相比无显著性差异。该法具有操作简便快速,灵敏准确,适于作为制剂中4种离子的常规检测方法。
The content of sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium in cardioplegic solution was determined by indirect photometric detection of high performance liquid chromatography.
