本文应用从地龙中提取分离得到的龙素,观察其体内体外抗血栓作用。实验结果:在纤维蛋白平板,其溶解面积平均为884.17±365.09mm~2,而丹参溶解面积平均仅28.5±4.87mm~2(P<0.05):体外血栓溶解试验,给龙素30分钟后,血栓开始松软,而丹参则在给药后180分钟才开始作用,血栓干重龙素平均为3.82±2.29mg,丹参平均为15.7±8.1mg(P<0.05),大鼠体内血栓溶解试验,给药3小时后,龙素组的血栓外观松软散碎,重量平均2.25±0.8mg,生理盐水组血栓完整结实,重量为17.17±12.91mg(P<0.05)。本实验结果表明,龙素具有抗血栓作用,且明显优于丹参。龙素溶栓效应快、程度高,对血细胞无损伤,这对预防和治疗栓塞性疾病具有重要意义,值得进一步研究。
In this paper, dragon’s hormone isolated from earthworm was extracted and its anti-thrombotic effect in vitro and in vivo was observed. Experimental results: In the fibrin plate, the average dissolution area was 884.17±365.09mm~2, while the dissolved area of the salvia miltiorrhiza was only 28.5±4.87mm~2 on average (P<0.05): In vitro thrombolysis test, 30 minutes after administration of Lon The thrombus began to soften, while Salvia miltiorrhiza only started to act 180 minutes after administration. The average concentration of thrombus was 3.82±2.29 mg, the average value of Salvia miltiorrhiza was 15.7±8.1 mg (P<0.05). The thrombolysis test in rats was given. After 3 hours of treatment, the appearance of thrombus in the Long Su group was loose and was crushed, with an average weight of 2.25±0.8 mg. In the saline group, the thrombosis was complete and the weight was 17.17±12.91 mg (P<0.05). The results of this experiment show that Longjing has antithrombotic effects and is significantly better than Salvia miltiorrhiza. Longyan thrombolytic effect is fast, high degree, no damage to blood cells, which is of great significance for the prevention and treatment of embolic diseases, it is worth further study.
