目的探讨麻疹患儿外周血T淋巴细胞和自然杀伤(NK)细胞的变化。方法收集麻疹患儿174例作为病例组,以门诊健康体检婴幼儿作为对照组;采集外周血细胞,用标记荧光的抗体进行染色,流式细胞仪分析麻疹患儿T淋巴细胞和NK细胞的变化。结果麻疹患儿CD8细胞百分率为(24.98±8.24)%,NK细胞百分率为(13.14±6.49)%,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组间CD3、CD4细胞百分率及CD4/CD8比值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);麻疹患儿中,麻疹病毒高活性组CD3细胞为(2586.54±1635.90)个/μL,CD4细胞为(1450.06±849.06)个/μL,均低于麻疹病毒低活性组〔分别为(3527.36±1912.88),(2046.43±900.92)个/μL〕,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组间CD8细胞和NK细胞差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论测定麻疹患儿外周血T淋巴细胞和NK细胞变化有助于评价麻疹患儿感染早期的免疫状况,而且对判断病毒复制的活跃程度具有重要价值。
Objective To investigate the changes of peripheral blood T lymphocytes and natural killer (NK) cells in children with measles. Methods 174 cases of measles children were collected as case group and outpatient health examination of infants and young children as control group. Peripheral blood cells were collected and stained with fluorescent antibody. The changes of T lymphocytes and NK cells in measles children were analyzed by flow cytometry. Results The percentage of CD8 cells in measles children was (24.98 ± 8.24)%, the percentage of NK cells was (13.14 ± 6.49)% in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05) (2586.54 ± 1635.90) cells / μL and CD4 cells (1450.06 ± 849.06) cells / μL in measles high activity group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05) (3527.36 ± 1912.88, respectively, 2046.43 ± 900.92) / μL], the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in the number of CD8 cells and NK cells Significance (P> 0.05). Conclusion The determination of the changes of T lymphocytes and NK cells in peripheral blood of measles children is helpful to evaluate the immune status of measles children in the early stage of infection and is of great value in judging the activity of virus replication.
