我区部队驻地分散条件艰苦。疫情复杂,出血热流行严重。多年来在总部、空军及军区空军首长的重视、支持、关怀下,在上级业务部门的精心指导帮助下,驻疫区官兵密切配合,共同努力,以出血热防治为突破口。加大疾病防治力度,克服麻痹思想、侥幸心理、乐观情绪和经费不足困难。出血热防治工作取得了明显成绩,发病率逐年下降,1999年实现了零报。出血热防治带动了整个疾病防治工作,全区部队甲类
