近年来,随着网络科技和信息技术的不断发展,网络资源快速发展,人们获取知识和资源的方式和途径得到了全面的拓展。在此背景下,基层图书馆在建设中要有前瞻性思维。在图书馆资源建设方面,要紧密结合网络时代的特征,拓展资源范畴,增加资源整合的广度;在图书馆技术应用方面,要将语义技术与聚类技术广泛应用数据分析技术中,提升图书馆信息应用水平;在服务方面,要紧密结合数字化、信息化带来的便利,丰富数字图书馆服务产品化。基层图书馆要跳出传统资源建设的框架,树立全方位服务的理念,提供全资源服务,拓展服务方式和传播形式。
