为深入了解读者需求,提升图书馆资源建设与读者服务质量和水平,设计了两套问卷,分别对某职业院校在校学生和教师进行服务需求及满意度抽样调查,调查结果统计及分析如下。1、抽样调查实施情况本次问卷内容涉及图书馆的利用、馆藏资源、咨询和培训、区域建设、读者活动等方面。调查历时一个月,采用纸质问卷调查、网页问卷调查与新媒体调查相结合的方式,为保证调查及时有效,大部分问卷现场发放、回收。2、抽样调查结果统计及分析
